An exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Nurse practitioner to become part of the Gynaecology team at Cardiff Vale. This role will involve working closely within The Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit and within Emergency Gynaecology.

Essential
* Registered Nurse/Midwife level 1 who holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Extensive knowledge and experience in Gynaecology area of patient care.
* Post Graduate Gynaecology ultrasound and early pregnancy.
Desirable
* Prescribing.
* Clinical Patient Assessment module.
Experience
Essential
* Knowledge of local and national policy relating to service provision for specialism.
* Evidence of maintaining clinical expertise.
Desirable
* Ability to undertake audit/research process with relevance to clinical practice.
Skills and Attributes

* Excellent communication skills.
