Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role Our General Enquires Advisors are at the heart of our business; you're often the first person our customers speak to, and we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team. You will - Coordinate and aid delivery of non-emergency fault work. - Support the local Network Integrity team - including during storms and other critical events. - Manage the end-to-end process for disconnections and general enquiries for a specific given area. - Ensure work is delivered to meet programme and customer requirements. - Aid in the Scheduling of the work programme to ensure efficient use of resources. You have - Excellent administration and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your work effectively. - Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong IT skills with a knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint. Capability in Power BI and Power Automate would be advantageous. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a coordination / business support role would be advantageous.
