Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join an ambitious and vibrant business based in Letchworth Garden City. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support the smooth running of a busy sales function.
About the Role:
You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, providing critical support across three key areas:
1. Generate and analyse stock and sales reports
2. Track budgets, margins, and sales performance by customer and territory
3. Support with historical sales data and forecasting
Account Support:
1. Research distribution gaps and competitor activity
2. Liaise with customers in EMEA, ANZ, US, Canada, and LATAM
3. Assist with orders, shipping coordination, and customer communications
4. Manage the Amazon Seller Central account
General Admin:
1. Prepare presentations and agendas for internal meetings
2. Organise travel arrangements and team diaries
3. Support the Head of Sales during international trips

You have a sharp eye for detail and can work just as well with a team as you can on your own. You focus on solutions rather than problems, always looking for ways to add value and make things better.
You’re fun, energetic, and a real team player who takes responsibility and supports your colleagues whenever needed. You approach every task with a positive attitude, showing up ready to contribute and help your team succeed.
Key Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales function
2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
4. Experience with Sage software (a plus!)
5. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (beneficial)
6. Clear and confident communication skills
7. A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving
