People Technology Analyst
Fixed Term, Full Time
Salary: £43,173 to £50,792 per annum

The Opportunity
The People Technology Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ongoing management of people-based technology including configuration, release management, implementation, integrations, testing, launching, and supporting new projects.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing HR systems including Oracle Fusion for HCM and Payroll and Cornerstone on Demand.
2. Leading complex system administration changes and rolling out future functionality.
3. Working with People Operations to ensure data quality in People Systems.
4. Providing technical support to colleagues and delivering defined HR business processes.
5. Conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and developing better service delivery methods.
6. Supporting the implementation of changes to our People-based systems.
7. Ensuring data integrity and maintaining a clean dataset for future organizational planning.
8. Creating and delivering a robust testing framework across all people technology solutions.
9. Delivering a great customer experience for colleagues across the council.
The Experience You Will Bring
* Educated to RQF level 6 (degree) standard or equivalent by experience.
* In-depth knowledge of managing HR systems, including release management and integrations.
* Expert in the administration of Cornerstone on Demand and/or Oracle Fusion (HCM and Payroll).
* Strong experience in Agile project management and stakeholder management.
* Advanced IT skills including MS Word and Advanced MS Excel.
* Ability to communicate effectively and confidently advise leaders and managers.
* Experience in a customer-oriented environment, seeking continuous improvement.
