We are recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator for a prominent global food manufacturer based in Craigavon. This role will be located at the Craigavon site and requires providing comprehensive support to the Purchasing function.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support to Site Purchase Requisitioners.
* Administer the SAP materials management module.
* Assist in the preparation and consolidation of local contracts and agreements.
* Develop and manage regular reports.
* Coordinate internet auctions for product and service procurement.
* Maintain and support Catalogue Purchasing for consumables, identifying opportunities to expand this activity.
Requirements:
* Experience with ERP system for eg. SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
* A degree in purchasing or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Understanding of purchasing processes and techniques.
* Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
