Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service in French (spoken and written)
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes
* Maintain customer records by updating account information in internal systems
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
* Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
Requirements:
1. Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and strong English communication skills
2. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
