Your responsibilities will include: Supporting organisational change initiatives, including redundancy handling. Leading on performance, conduct and attendance case management. Developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives. You will bring a customer-focused approach, working collaboratively with managers to deliver innovative solutions that achieve positive outcomes for both the College and its employees. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: A sound working knowledge of current UK employment law. Recent experience in a similar role. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. CIPD qualification (essential). Level 2 English and maths or the equivalent qualifications.
