About the Role: Our Automotive RCV client is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes while supporting the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Collate and check technicians' documentation within agreed timescales. Maintain and update various contract service schedules in line with customer requirements. Type up technicians' reports into the system. Finalise parts used and hours charged on jobs. Update technicians' daily hours on the database. Close completed jobs and file accordingly. Review and process service invoices. Support the Centre Administration team in the day-to-day running of the office. Complete necessary or relevant company reports. Ensure the office is presented professionally at all times. Actively seek to improve product knowledge. Operate within company guidelines and procedures. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive, transport, or engineering sector. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Understanding of vehicle compliance or maintenance schedules (desirable but not essential)
