We are looking to add to our existing, experienced and friendly team here in The Restaurant at the Hollybush Garden Centre. We are looking for somebody with a minimum of experience at Chef De Partie level and a great team player This is a fast-paced and busy kitchen and so previous experience of working in a similar level of business is essential. Ideally, previous experience of working in a Garden centre would be highly beneficial although not essential for the right candidate. We operate during day time only and so this offers an attractive work/ life balance and also has the benefit of every other weekend off. Experience of working with Allergens and Food safety level 2 are essential, further training will be provided on HACCP, COSHH, Health and Safety and more.
