About the role
The role of our Tutors here at NET are fundamental to everything we do. They provide ongoing support to all our learners ensuring the very best outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established team of tutors covering a variety of classroom, online, employer and blended delivery. Tutors will also be expected to complete various quality and compliance documentation. The tutors are responsible for ensuring that learners learn and that the sessions remain interactive and meet the awarding body requirements. They ensure that learners receive timely feedback to help them progress into outcomes. They provide pastoral support and wrap around support.
This role can be based at one of the following TEC Partnership sites:
Grimsby Modal
Beverley Bridlington
Scarborough Skegness
Hull Doncaster
About the person
The successful candidate will need to have:
Level 3 teaching qualification
Assessors’ qualification (desirable)
Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications (preferred)
To be able to deliver multiple qualifications in different sectors for example, leadership and management, customer service, retail, warehouse, PMO and hospitality for example
Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications (preferred)
