Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet, working together with thousands of foodservice businesses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a Outbound Sales Manager to join our team and help us to continue to do things the right way for customers, colleagues and the planet.
With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser. We offer the human touch with local, community-based depots which seek to give back to those communities every chance we get.

As an Outbound Sales Manager as part of the SME Sales Team you will be responsible for driving the performance of our outbound sales team, with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer experience. The role requires someone with strong commercial acumen, an ability to drive margin, value, and sustainable business practices. The team are based all over the country, so this role will require regular travel, and someone with the agility to manage a range of skill sets across a variety of locations.

A little bit more about the role:
* Responsibility for leading and supervising the outbound sales team performance by providing ongoing support and ensure best practice sales processes are being followed
* Oversee quality of calls being made by the outbound sales team through one to ones and side by side coaching
* Analysis and manipulation of data in multiple forms and ensuring prompt and accurate recordings of all sales activities.
* Lead on qualitative improvements to new account set ups, and sure the team focus on ‘what good looks like’
* Oversee consistency and excellence in the sales methodology and output of the outbound sales team
* Keep the outbound sales team motivated through ongoing performance management, recognition and other tactics.
* Assisting the Head of Sales in managing key campaign partners as required.
* Responsible for undertaking all duties in a safe manner
