Your new role
Senior Credit Controller
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure cash is received in a timely manner
2. Follow up on overdue international balances from customers via email and telephone
3. Take payments over the phone
4. Manage a team and help with advanced quires.
5. Ensure that your team are hitting the targets set.
6. Arranging sensible payment schedules for the customer within the bounds ofpany policy
7. Deal professionally with the customers at all times
8. Ensure accurate records are maintained
9. Assist the team leader to develop appropriate processes and procedures for the International Balance Collection teams to follow.
10. Ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
11. Experience of 1-2 year experience of managing a team
12. Knowledge of one or more of the Nordic languages will be an advantage (not essential).
13. Experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.
14. Experience in a multi-currency environment.
15. Used to a high volume workload with good attention to detail
16. Excellentmunication skills, including an exceptional telephone manner
17. Self-starter, who is willing and able to take initiative
18. A team player
19. Organised and task focused in order for your team to meet deadlines
