Temporary School Admissions Coordinator Required for A School in St Albans.
The Admissions Coordinator role is part of the Marketing, Admissions and Events team, and as such shares the responsibility for ensuring that the process by which children join the school is as effective as possible.
You will have day to day contact with all those hoping to join the School, including prospective parents, students, and the Schools from which they come.
You will support the management and coordination of all contact between potential parents and the School from the time of first enquiry to the date of admission.
This is as much of a sales role as an administrative role.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

About the role:
Our administrator duties can include:
1. The management of the 11+, 13+ and ad hoc admissions process for those making enquiries to the School, using our digital systems and through face to face, telephone, written and emailed communication
2. Supporting the rest of the marketing, admissions and events team by being flexible and picking up and supporting some areas outside your direct responsibility (e.g. 16+ admissions and International Admissions), when others are on leave, travelling overseas, or sick etc.
