Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: SEN School based in Solihull
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About Us:
Supply Allies is recruiting for a Finance School Admin to work at a thriving and inclusive school dedicated to providing an excellent education for all our students. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our friendly team and support the smooth financial operations of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
3. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
5. Provide administrative support to the school office as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in a school or similar setting.
2. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
