Media Sales Consultant
Location: Home/Field-Based (Weekly Meetings in Worcestershire)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (flexible start/finish times based on client needs)
Salary: Up to GBP32,000 basic plus uncapped commissions + Car Allowance
Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced media sales professional with a background in print or digital sales. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, developing strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to a variety of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a pipeline of clients, generating new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
* Sell print and digital advertising solutions, tailoring campaigns to client needs.
* Meet and exceed KPIs, which will be set according to warm/cold areas and geographic factors.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, building long-term partnerships.
* Attend weekly meetings at headquarters in Worcester (every Monday plus one additional day per week).
* Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.
* Work flexibly to accommodate the schedules of different industries.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months of media sales experience (ideally 2 years).
* Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Comfortable working in a home/field-based role with regular travel.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
