Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Deputy/Assistant Manager to join the team at Cedar House based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1QF. Cedar House is a 7 bed respite service offering care and support to the people we support for short stays.
Salary: £25,025 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for tailoring your approach to each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration. We want someone who's not afraid to take risks and has the courage to try new things. You will need to be ready to work with others as part of a team, lending your support and encouragement to your colleagues whenever they need it.
We're looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to providing the best care possible to the people we support, with in-depth knowledge and experience in supporting adults. A good sense of humour and a fun approach to work are also appreciated!

Minimum Requirements
Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience within a care setting supporting people with Learning Disabilities and at least 1 year experience in a leadership/senior role.
Qualifications
You will need to have previous experience supervising staff, be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards).
In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults would also be beneficial.
