Reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting projects and improving process es relating to the performance of the Online Grocery Delivery driver population. Key responsibilities would include: Being p artially responsible for developing and implementing relevant Driver Training & Policy changes Improve d river engagement and reduc e labour turnover Ensure the correct level of Safety & Compliance is adhered to with all Driver impacting projects across the Online business Support implementation and embedding of Electric Vehicles Support project execution and monitor KPIs against business cases Build relationships with cross-functional teams and retail to facilitate the delivery of step change and continuous improvement projects Maintain project documentation to aid projects to be delivered on time and on budget “ Let's find out about you.” You will have a background in eCommerce and/ or Fleet Ability to execute projects which are aligned to the corporate strategic plan Able to develop collaborative working relationships and influence across a large cross-functional network Able to provide clear and concise recommendations from your analysis Strong written and verbal communicatio n Customer focused, understanding the impact of change Comfortable with ambiguity and will work collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions “ Find your everything at Asda” - bringing brighter living within everyone's reach.
