Salary: £44,425.86 per year, with potential to earn up to £53,725.86 through bonuses

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our existing home in Highbridge.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a role relevant to residential care of children, including at least 1 year in supervising and managing staff.
Responsibilities
* Manage a 3-bed children's home in a rural area, overseeing a staff team of 6 to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
* Ensure smooth operation and administration of the home, undertaking operational tasks as required.
* Produce, monitor, and update plans and reports, meeting deadlines with an organized and flexible approach.
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff within an open and enthusiastic culture, including delivering training.
* Represent the company professionally to external agencies and within the community, contributing to company development.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals committed to making a real difference, working to high professional standards with a positive attitude, considering the views and feelings of the young people.
* Thorough knowledge of Children's Home legislation, Ofsted inspection requirements, and safeguarding procedures.
* Recognized social work qualification, such as QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) and QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce, or equivalent.
* At least 2 years' recent experience in a relevant residential care role, including 1 year in supervision and management.
* Valid driving license for manual cars, own vehicle with business insurance, and ability to undertake on-call duties (~2 per month).

* Non-contributory pension (9% employer contribution) and sick pay after 6 months
* On-call payments: £10/day (Mon-Fri), £50/weekend
