Reference: ded780e2 Job Purpose: I am a teenage boy with ASD, ADHD and sensory processing disorder who is seeking a PA to accompany me outside of the home for social and leisure activities and support me to become more independent. I do not socialise very easily, and it would be beneficial to have someone who can encourage me to try new things and engage in social activities. Other duties will include accompanying me and my family on outings and providing me with one-on-one support. When out in the community I will need someone who can supervise me closely and be aware of my safety. I am a very creative individual who likes visual arts. In my spare time I enjoy clay modelling and making stop motion animations and animatronics. I am also a big animal lover who has pets of my own at home. I would ideally like someone who has an understanding of young people with additional needs such as mine and how these issues can impact on the individual. It can take me a little while to feel comfortable around new people, as such this will be a phased start where to begin with my mum will join us until I feel comfortable.
