Finance Manager – Key Role in Expanding Organization
Our client is a renowned local dynamic and growing organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them. In this key role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and lead a small but highly motivated finance team. As a key player in the Senior Leadership Team, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day financial affairs, providing essential financial insights, supporting business planning, and contributing to ongoing expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on financial strategy and growth, ensuring the provision of key information necessary to support and drive the organization forward.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
* Oversee and assist where necessary with day-to-day transaction processing.
* Manage cash flow and provide cash flow forecasts.
* Oversee internal payroll and pension processing.
* Prepare monthly financial information and management reports.
* Provide detailed monthly variance analysis and forecasts.
* Prepare annual accounts and reports in conjunction with the Auditors and Chief Executive.
* Ad hoc project work as required.
Ideally, you will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial management and supporting a senior team. You should have a positive, 'can-do' attitude and be excited about playing a vital role in their future success. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, and you will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to shaping both short- and long-term strategies for the organization.
