Working with the Managing Director and Bid Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating bid and tender activities. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the tender portals and identifying opportunities for the practice Manage the production of bid responses assisting with drafting responses using content from the bid library, ensuring it is accurate and meets the brief Analyse design briefs to create compelling bid material Prepare presentations for tender interviews Update and maintain the bid library Assist with bid related research Key skills required: - Prior experience in a similar Bid Coordinator role ideally within the built environment Strong InDesign skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach Ability to work to demanding deadlines and juggle multiple tasks If you are a Bid Coordinator looking to work for a leading practice, please get in touch.
