We’re seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to support a dynamic start-up within the drinks industry. This is a part-time, 6-month contract role, perfect for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
3. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview top talent to build a high-performing team.
4. Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs and implement effective learning programs.
5. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
What you’ll need:
1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a startup or fast-paced environment.
2. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
