Role Overview As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will be instrumental in enabling the successful delivery of the business's critical transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities : Driving Business Change : Spearhead transformation initiatives that enhance people, technology, products, and processes, focusing on embedding change and assessing its impact on various teams and stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating change ambitions into actionable roadmaps while nurturing strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Shaping and Delivery : Oversee the effective delivery of complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, clear governance, and robust risk management. Provide input on mobilization and key considerations for change initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly experienced professional with: Extensive Consultancy Experience : A proven track record of providing consultancy to senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to influence and align priorities with strategic objectives. Transformational Change Expertise : Demonstrable experience in shaping and managing large-scale transformational initiatives, including business process optimization and organisational change. Strong Methodological Knowledge : A solid understanding of various change management methodologies, with a core focus on planning, communication, analysis, and reporting.
