As a key player in the company's continued growth, you will be conducting outbound calls to potential business clients to build relationships and explain the superior services they can provide to solve their HR and Employment Law needs.

The Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and establish initial contact. Resilience and a can-do attitude are key!
* Identify and target potential business opportunities, qualifying leads based on their potential value and fit with our offerings.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development Managers to finalize the business.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the BDMs and the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales tactics.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointment setting, and sales performance to management.
What We're Looking For:
* 1-2 years experience in Sales, preferably with direct Business to Business Sales experience.
* A resilient and driven attitude is essential, as cold calling and lead generation are daily activities.
* Excellent communication skills and a confident ability to build rapport and create strong professional relationships.
* Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities, adaptable to working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Time management skills and a strong self-motivated drive to succeed are necessary.
* Previous experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
