Admissions Officer, All Campuses. Fixed term 12 Months Maternity Cover
The purpose of this role is to build, nurture and support applicants, guiding them through the student journey, delivering the very best front line support to new and existing customers across a range of channels. Providing excellent Information, Advice and Guidance to prospective learners, parents and other stakeholders, resulting in applications, enrolments and achieving recruitment targets. The Admissions Team are the central point of contact for further and higher education applicants as well as key influencers, including parents, schools and Local Authorities.
You will play an important role in an externally focused team, managing the applicant journey of each individual, demonstrating outstanding customer service at every stage. From representing the College at events, arranging and conducting interviews and tours, leading through to keeping warm communication and enrolment, you will be responsible for ensuring the student enrolls on the right course for them. You will be energetic, self-motivated and excel in customer service. You will also be flexible and caring with excellent organisational skills, as well as having excellent attention to detail and IT skills. Post-holders will be required to work some evenings and weekends in order to attend internal and external events.

1. To be able to travel across campuses
2. Attend all open events in exchange for time in lieu
3. Good organisational skills
4. Good IT skills
5. High level of literacy and numeracy
6. Previous experience of working within an educational establishment an advantage
7. Be confident communicating with customers at all levels
8. Good admin skills, good organisational skills, ability to organise your workload when needed, there will be some unsocial working hours but toil will be accrued.
