My client, a leading consultancy is looking for a Business Data Modeller on behalf of a well known banking client to adapt and govern the Group Data D Business Data Modeller 6 months £660 per day inside IR35 London 2 days a week / remote working Banking/financial services My client, a leading consultancy is looking for a Business Data Modeller on behalf of a well known banking client to adapt and govern the Group Data Domain Model and Group Data Model, defining business concepts and entity definitions for a unified data language across the organization. You will develop a modelling framework for OLTP, Analytics/AI/ML, and metadata while guiding federated teams on best practices. Data Model Architect / Data Governance Modeller / Data Analyst – Modelling Focus / Information Data Modeller Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the creation of a Data Modelling Centre of Excellence. Develop and implement a Data Modelling Framework and architecture. Advise modelling teams on best practices and efficient workflows. Remove bottlenecks and expedite team deliveries. Ensure consistency in Conceptual (CDM), Logical (LDM), and Physical Data Models (PDM). Act as a Data Evangelist to support stakeholder adoption of the framework. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Proficient in data modelling tools like ERStudio, EA Sparx, and Collibra. Knowledge of metadata modelling and management. Experience implementing physical models for data stores and cloud solutions. Familiarity with Reference Data Models such as BIAN and ISO 20022 is preferred. Key Accountabilities: Create a Data Modelling Framework for federated development. Ensure the Group Data Model aligns with governance objectives. Support stakeholder adoption of the modelling framework. Key Deliverables: OLTP, Analytics/AI/ML, and metadata Provide assistance in Data Model Management and metadata integration. Develop materials for integrating the Group Data Model with business processes.
