Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. This dynamic, part-time role combines caregiver recruitment with client acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and retaining high-quality caregivers while generating and converting leads to secure new private and public clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with staff and clients while ensuring their needs are met effectively. This position offers the flexibility of working on a professional services contract, providing opportunities for personal growth and financial incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (60%)
1. Source and screen high-quality caregivers using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Care Friends.
2. Manage the full recruitment process, including DBS checks, training compliance, and onboarding.
3. Maintain a talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future workforce needs.
4. Develop creative recruitment campaigns to attract top caregiving talent.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.
Client Acquisition (40%)
1. Generate and convert leads from platforms like Bark.com, Google Ads, social media, and other sources.
2. Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, including local authorities, community groups, and private individuals.
3. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at private-pay clients.
4. Manage client onboarding, ensuring smooth alignment with caregiver availability.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, outcomes, and new revenue generated.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Recruit and onboard 10 caregivers per month (zero-hour contracts) over a 2 months period.
2. Secure 4-5 new clients per month initially, with steady growth in subsequent months.
3. Contribute to generating at least £3,000 in new client revenue on average monthly within 5 months of starting.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or care sector.
2. Strong sales or client acquisition skills, with knowledge of the domiciliary care market.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
4. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proficiency in CRM software, recruitment tools, and online marketing platforms is a plus.
6. Familiarity with systems like Citation, Ucheck, Bark.com, and government services for employee checks is highly desirable.
What We Offer
1. Competitive hourly rate of £12/hour.
2. Performance-based tiered commission structure:
o 5% on the first £1,000 of new client first-month revenue.
o 7% on the next £2,000 of new client first-month revenue.
o 10% on revenue above £3,000 in the first month (excluding refunds and discounts).
