We are recruiting for a Training Administrator based in our Wolverhampton Office Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the Learning and Development Department, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. General Responsibilities: Schedule training courses with both the internal trainers and external providers, booking venues and accommodation as required. Responsible for the management of trainers diaries Managing the LMS (learner man system) with new starters, leavers, and transfers, assigning eLearning as required. Inputting of data and maintaining accurate records into electronic databases and management systems Raise Purchase Orders Liaise directly with Internal Managers, External Providers and other departments as necessary to support the Organisation Complete Expenses for staff team Produce reports and materials required by department using various methods To report to allocated line manager for the tasks being undertaken/areas of responsibility where administration is shared To respect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information that may be accessed Manage tasks within the scope of the role General administration duties for department To cover any other duties that may be required Requirements: Experience of scheduling or planning events Enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation Excellent organisational skills and able to use own initiative An appropriate level of expertise within an office environment, including Microsoft Office packages and telephone manners Excellent written and computer skills Able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines Have good attention to detail Good Timekeeping Confident in their approach and ability Dedicated to team work Experience of use of a learner management system or a background in social care would be desirable but not essential.
