Parkhill is excited to announce an opportunity for an Electrical Engineering EIT to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance a wide range of Electrical Engineering projects associated with commercial building design. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Responsibilities
* Supports electrical building design including, but not limited to, lighting, power distribution, communication systems, and fire alarm systems.
* Assist on construction phase services as directed by project engineer.
* Assist checking engineering calculations and collecting field data.
* Perform routine filing and delivery of documents.
* Support in the preparation of plans, specifications, and other related bid/construction documents.
* Use computerized design software and other relevant tools to prepare design assignments.
* Develop and prepare non-standard and complex design details.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
* EIT obtained (or within 6 months of hire).
* Proficient in computerized design software including, but not limited to, Revit, AutoCAD, Visual Lighting, and SKM is preferred.
* An effective communicator with all levels of employees.
* Possess strategic and effective delegation skills.
