Implementation Consultant (Lease Accounting)

Our Professional Services Team are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant (Level 4) to implement the IRIS Lease Accounting (ILA) software solution and provide training, collaborating with customers and internal staff who form part of the client project delivery teams, to enable customers to achieve the expected business benefits from an IRIS solution.
What will you be doing?
To assist in the development of the client on-boarding process and act as project lead on implementations of the software
* Provide customer training on the ILA software solution
* Delivery of client contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and Statement of Works
* Assist in the development of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 and other certifications
* Set up and manage client engagement processes
* Establish regular client review procedure including development of client review documentation?
Support and Helpdesk
* Assist with helpdesk escalations
* Rotate onto the helpdesk when needed
* Assist in the management of support resources to ensure SLAs are delivered and risks mitigated
To promote and implement the ILA product
* To demonstrate the ILA to potential clients remotely, on-site, or at promotional venues
* To provide input into the future development of the product
* To provide technical accounting support to the Innervision Team and provide second level support to clients
* To assist with the development and testing of new functionality and bug fixes
What we are seeking
Professional accounting qualification with:
* Experience in an accounting role
* Technical accounting experience, IFRS 16 and FASB ASC 842 knowledge preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrable systems implementation experience, preferably with ERP implementations
* Ability to influence and manage others
