Café and Bar Manager - Winchester, Hampshire Salary: £28K - £33K per annum dependent on skills and experience Location: The Arc, Winchester Hours: 37 hours per week Type of Contract: Permanent Referral Category Category B Do you love working in F&B, but dream of a work-life balance? As the Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our high standards of service, quality and cleanliness are maintained. Leading a small team, you’ll motivate your team to ensure all our customers have the best possible experience. With a passion for quality food and drink, a can-do attitude, and the ability to communicate with people of all levels, you’ll be very comfortable being the face of our café, in a hands-on management role. You’ll take ownership of the space, with enough creative flair to suggest specials and events, whilst ensuring all café activity adheres to health and safety standards. This is a full-time role that allows for flexibility with few evening shifts, and a great work life balance where you will not be expected to work every weekend. A bit about you You’ll have plenty of experience working within a busy F&B/hospitality/catering environment. You’ll be well organised and adept at using your own initiative, whilst also enjoying working with others and contributing to the work of a larger team. You like to keep things ship-shape and expect those you work with to do the same.
