Nest is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the development, delivery, and management of our comprehensive member retirement solutions. This senior role focuses on addressing the diverse needs of our members and involves full accountability for our end-to-end retirement proposition. The successful candidate will define, develop, and manage a 360-degree value proposition across product, service, experience, and pricing, while ensuring compliance with governance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the DWP and Nest Board.
Key responsibilities include creating and sustaining the strategy for Nest’s retirement proposition, understanding customer needs, competitor products, financial markets, and regulatory concerns to inform strategic direction. The role involves leading a high-performing team, developing and delivering retirement solutions that cater to our diverse membership, representing Nest at industry forums, and leading the annual planning process for our retirement solution. Additionally, the candidate will develop business cases for change and set and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and success of our retirement solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Member Proposition, this role has significant impact and requires strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will partner with Nest Directors and contribute to senior leadership forums, including the CEO, ExCo, and the Board.
