Job Description
*
o Statutory Accounts & Compliance:
+ Preparation of annual statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations and standards.
+ Overseeing year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
+ Ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.
o Management Accounting:
+ Support producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
+ Budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.
+ Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
o Financial Operations & Controls:
+ Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
+ Implementing and improving financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
+ Hands-on involvement in transactional finance when needed.
o Stakeholder Management:
+ Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
+ Supporting strategic growth initiatives by providing detailed financial insights.
