Ribblesdale Pool – Clitheroe

Pay: For 16 and 17 year olds the rate of pay is £11.59 per
hour, plus an additional 12.07% allowance in lieu of holiday entitlement.
For those aged 18+ the rate of pay will be £12 per hour in line with the Living Wage Foundation’s Real Living Wage plus an additional 12.07% allowance in lieu of holiday entitlement.
Hours: Variable – see below – There are no guaranteed hours for this post.
Weekdays: Typically 6 hour shifts between 6.45 am and 9.15 pm - either earlies/lates with a meal break if the shift is longer than 6 hours
Weekends: 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (with a 30 minute unpaid meal break)
To provide cover for staff absences, you will need to be flexible and often available at short notice. There are no guaranteed hours.
You will assist all customers in the use of the facilities at Ribblesdale Pool and in the activity programmes.
You will have worked in a customer focused environment, be accurate, methodical and be good with people. You will be helpful, reliable and be able to deliver a high level of customer service in a pool environment.
