Job Title: Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our team at Tech4. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software through CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions, including VMware, AWS, and Azure environments.
* Collaborate with development teams to streamline and enhance the software delivery process.
* Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
* Automate operational processes and enhance deployment strategies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
* Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability.
* Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
* Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
* Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for cloud and on-premises environments.
* Expertise in managing and monitoring VMware environments.
* Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
* Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

What We Offer:
* Basic salary £50-55,000 + excellent benefits.
