Details of Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated farm team as Wellbeing Lead. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about supporting adults and improving health and wellbeing through activities at the farm.
The Wellbeing Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the Health and Social Care activities at Hartcliffe City Farm (HCF). This role will develop new Health and Social Care services at HCF in response to local needs. The role includes administrative duties such as gathering data for reports, processing new referrals, and carrying out participants' risk assessments.

About Hartcliffe City Farm: We are a friendly and dedicated team working to provide a welcoming community space for residents. Our beautiful 6-acre site comprises a playful barn and cafe, several gardens, a farmyard with a variety of animals, a flower farm, and several buildings used for community activities. We are a public site, open 9-4 seven days a week.
