What’s involved?
8. Oversee all aspects of the different sections, including menu execution, plating presentation, and quality control.
9. Demonstrate a deep understanding cooking techniques and ensure consistent, high-quality results.
10. Effectively train, guide, and motivate junior chefs within your section.
11. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
12. Manage inventory levels within your section, placing timely orders.
13. Contribute to menu development by suggesting creative plating presentations or flavour combinations for existing dishes.
14. Collaborate effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
