Community Care Practitioner
Location: Gedling, Nottingham (NG4)
Pay: £11.60 per hour (£12.30 for weekend shifts)
Travel Pay: 45p per mile + 16p per minute of travel time
Please note: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Evening Shift: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Flexibility to work either or both shifts, with split shifts available
- A commitment to working one weekend in every two

Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Household Support: Helping with tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Medication Support: Providing assistance with medication prompts and administration as per care plans.
- Mobility Assistance: Supporting clients with movement, including use of mobility aids and transfers.
- Companionship: Offering emotional support and meaningful interaction.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Observing any changes in a client's condition and reporting concerns to senior staff.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - essential for travel between care visits.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or both, including alternate weekends.
- While prior care experience is welcomed, full training will be provided - enthusiasm and compassion are what matter most.
