The Role You will take ownership of business development strategy and execution across the UK and Europe, targeting new opportunities within the aerospace and defence supply chain. Focused on high-performance components and systems, youll act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring value-driven solutions are delivered with precision. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business with OEMs and Tier 1s across aerospace, aviation, and defence Develop and manage strategic customer relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company capabilities Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through to contract negotiation and close Work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to tailor technical solutions and support complex projects Track market trends and competitor activity to help shape sales and product strategy The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in business development or technical sales within the aerospace and/or defence sectors A strong network and established relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s across the UK and European markets Background in selling engineered components, sub-systems, or electronic solutions for aerospace applications Commercially sharp, technically credible, and comfortable managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles Able to travel throughout the UK and Europe as part of a pan-European remit Why Join?
