The difference you will make as a Delivery and Performance Manager
You will manage the delivery of regional asset programmes; including disrepair works and environmental solutions, ensuring effective project delivery, contract management and performance reporting to deliver the Asset Management Strategy.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience within the building industry, ideally working within a customer focused Business Management Team.
* Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management function.
* In-depth knowledge of building regulations.
* Proven track record of using Project Management methodologies.
* Proven track record of successful contract implementation and management for a large and diverse portfolio of mixed tenure properties.
* Knowledge and experience of quality assessment frameworks and techniques.

Role Profile
* Lead, motivate and engage with your team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service, ensuring the development and implementation of objectives to underpin the Asset Management Strategy.
* Collaborate with the Programme Manager to develop and implement the programme of works for all planned maintenance, servicing and repair work within the region.
* Support the Head of Asset Strategy and Delivery and Head of Rationalisation and Growth to develop the Rationalisation and Growth Strategy.
* Oversee delivery of the programme of works for regional properties, ensuring quality and compliance standards and customer expectations are met.
* Ensure contractual commitments in terms of service delivery are embedded, monitored, delivered and reported on for the region.
* Collaborate with the Standards and Performance Managers to develop the Asset Management performance framework.
* Develop, implement and review the plans and delivery model required for the region’s future environmental management offer.
* Monitor, review and report progress to key stakeholders on regional performance against the Asset Management Strategy.
* Own the integrity and quality of regional data, ensuring accurate and meaningful information.
* Ensure the provision of a suite of accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders.
* Ensure up to date Asset Management policies and procedures are implemented.
* Embed a performance management and customer focused culture within Asset Management.
* Ensure services provided to Asset Management customers meet agreed quality and performance standards.
* Provide a consultative service to management colleagues on sensitive and complex regional Performance Management matters.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Develop and review relevant budgets, ensuring expenditure is robustly managed.
* Manage the performance and development of your team.
* Conduct regular reviews of the regional Delivery and Performance Management service.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Experience within the building industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management function.

* Experience of producing clear, well-structured reports for senior leadership teams.
