Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Contracts Manager with a Construction / M&E / FM / Capital Works Projectsbackground. The Contracts Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific contracts. Theyspecialise in delivering services in Social Housing, Facilities Management, and Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland. Day to Day: Project / Contract delivery on Capital Works Projects in NI. Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality. Health and safety, policies and procedures, comply with legislation and statutory duties. Procurement, supply and material management, subcontractor management. Project tracking, project reporting and site audit reports. Experience & Qualifications: Degree educatedinConstruction / Engineering / Business Management. 2 years of experience in Contracts Management within Construction. Experience with Project Management, Planning, Man Management. Excellent numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and customer service. Ability to resolve problems and make accurate business decisions. UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
