Job Title: Children’s Social Worker – Safeguarding
Location: Birmingham
Rate : £33.30 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Birmingham Children’s Trust. They are looking for a new member for their Safeguarding Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage cases including Child in Need and Child Protection, conducting visits, assessments, and meetings. You will organise and chair meetings with professionals and families, present cases in Child Protection and CLA reviews, and be involved in court work. Additionally, you will handle Public Law Outline (PLO) cases, ensuring all legal requirements and procedures are followed.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you need to have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. Additionally, you should have post-qualified experience and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
