Administrative Assistant
Contract Position (TEMPS)

This is a great opportunity to work as Administrative Assistant for a high profile, well-loved brand within leading global ICT infrastructure solutions provider in Ipswich. This will best suit a result-oriented, experienced, resourceful all-rounder.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth office daily operation; continuously improve the office environment and deal with staff daily requests/complaints
* regularly check the asset a)management quality and supervise and provide support if required. b) asset allocation c) asset disposal/scrap
* Ensure office has enough stock and all the items placed in an organized and trackable system.
* To raise the purchase order as requested and receive the service/goods and proceed the payments on a timely manner.
* Timely support to supervisors and departments, results-oriented.
* Generated invitation letter, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff relocation.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers, and report issue to supplier in timely manner and mange supplier performance appraisal
Required Skills:
* 2 years + experience in similar role would be desired
* Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
* Hands-on and can-do attitude
* Well-organized and structured working style.
* Great communication ability.
* Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
