Our Consumer Engagement department is currently looking for a confident and passionate Social Media Manager to help send these stories out into the world. Your role will be to represent the Penguin brand in an engaging and creative way across all social media channels and to support the Audience Development Director in implementing Penguin Random House’s social media strategy. Content should reflect our passion for books and reading and develop brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will strive to generate inbound traffic, increase engagement and encourage sales. Your Profile We are looking for a social media expert, with experience creating content for all major social channels. You will have outstanding communication skills, with a flair for writing copy as well as an eye for design and a creative brain. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign is a must. An outgoing personality, you will be able to influence and promote your work at all levels across the business. You will also have proven management experience and will have strong organisational and project-management skills, able to manage social media effectively across a number of platforms.
