Temporary People & Culture Administrator - 1-Month Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary People & Culture Administrator to support our People & Culture team for one month. This short-term role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in HR. You will play a key role in HR audits and administrative duties, ensuring accurate employee records, assisting with compliance audits, and managing company asset tracking. Your contribution will help maintain smooth HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies. Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting an HR audit, including maintaining and updating records in BrightHR and WhatSnap.
2. Issuing staff contracts of employment.
3. Managing the Fixed Asset Register, tracking equipment in and out of the business.
4. Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
5. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
6. Assisting with other HR-related duties as required.

1. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
2. High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
9. Experience with payroll administration and employee benefits management.
10. Familiarity with fixed asset tracking systems.
11. Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
13. Ability to adapt to new software and HR technologies quickly.
14. Knowledge of GDPR & FCA regulations.
