COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
- Analyse key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive sales performance.
- Implement commercial changes to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Undertake regular floor walks with the sales team to review department performance and execute changes to a high standard.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Lead a team of sales advisors on one of our in-store departments and motivate them to drive store sales performance.
- Ensure the team is providing world-class customer service expected by our Luxury brand partners.
- Be a FLANNELS ambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders, and senior leadership teams.
- Observe, train, and upskill the team, providing regular feedback and celebrating success.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team to complete daily tasks.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES
- Oversee daily operations adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the movement of stock and product within the store, from delivery, stockrooms, and shop floor standards.
- Support the store manager with daily and weekly stock checks and audits.
- Ensure your department maintains exceptional standards of visual merchandising.

This role is a fixed-term contract for approx 10-12 months. It is full-time, 45h per week working 5 days out of 7. This will include daytime, evening, and weekend work.
