* We seek a candidate with proven experience in supporting various systems and platforms, ideally in fast-paced environments. A high level of IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential. You should have a strong understanding of people processes and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments in HR technology, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will engage with colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will support the Product Owner and Systems Lead in the coordination and administration of the People Technology Platforms and Systems. Your key responsibilities will include acting as 2nd line technical support, resolving complex issues, and logging tickets with 3rd party suppliers while escalating pertinent issues to the Systems Leads and Product Owner. You will manage access to People Systems and Data in line with governance standards and maintain system guides and collateral. We expect you to provide super-user training to the wider People team and business as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with Systems Leads and Data Analysts to capture and document reporting requirements, system processes, and data maps, while keeping in touch with system administrators across the business regarding broader system and data projects.
