My client, a thriving business, is seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Customer Experience Executive.

Customer Experience Executive - Main Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing an aftercare service, and ensuring customer needs are met by offering additional coaching, training, and guidance.
* Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department.
* Proactively suggesting improvements and solutions to customers.
* Updating the CRM system with customer feedback and information.
* Liaising regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimization of the software.
* Building long-term relationships with customers.
* Developing business plans with customers for the long term.
Customer Success Executive - The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
* Excellent client care skills.
* Professional communication skills.
* Ability to manage relationships.
* Proficient in written and verbal communication.
* Able to prioritize workload.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* IT Literate - Microsoft Office.
* Technically minded with an interest in IT, which would be advantageous.
You must be able to drive and have transport to be considered for this role.
