What will you be doing? As a PMO Analyst, you will be a change expert, collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects through our core service offerings. You will: Manage a diverse range of projects, forming strong relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers Be part of a large UK Portfolio team, working alongside PMO Consultants, Analysts, and Portfolio Analysts Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the PMO Lead by bringing fresh perspectives to enhance our processes and tools What are we looking for? We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to develop their PMO and PM skills. The ideal candidate will: Understand the full project lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall) and have a proven track record of delivering excellent PMO services Possess fantastic communication and facilitation skills, with a history of building great business relationships Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of key PMO capabilities, including: Planning: Quality checking project plans to agreed standards, ensuring dependencies are identified and managed Governance: Supporting Project Managers with governance milestone deliveries, project approval funding requests, cost-benefit analysis creation, and benefit realisation tracking RAID Management: Identifying Risks, Issues, Assumptions, and Dependencies, maintaining the RAID log for mitigation and resolution Project/Programme Reporting: Conducting quality reviews and providing timely and accurate status reporting Resource Tracking and Management: Monitoring budget finances throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial benefits are met Project Governance Forums: Supporting Project Managers with the preparation of governance forum meeting inputs and outputs Project Methodology: Driving consistency in our processes, tools, and methodologies, and supporting continuous improvement and automation efforts Have strong communication and relationship management skills. Be able to work to deadlines, prioritise time and workload effectively, and adapt to change. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, is essential. Show a commitment to self-development, with any professional PMO or PM qualification (Prince2, APM, P30, PMP) being advantageous.
