Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at a CDMO with ambitious growth plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition from a technical pharmaceutical setting into business development or for those already working in inside sales or account management roles seeking further development.
The position has arisen due to internal promotion, demonstrating the company's commitment to employee longevity and development.
You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and contributing to proposals and quotes for new clients.
Direct client contact requires exceptional communication and coordination skills to work effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in commercial, business development, or inside sales within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry (desirable)
* A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products (alternatively)
* Outstanding communication skills
* Experience with data collation, report writing, and administrative duties
* Customer and/or third-party contact experience (highly valuable)
